Presently the library has 48,052 books including both text books and reference books. The library subscribes to 12 dailies and 10 standard journals. Although the library has delegated the responsibility of PG books to 13 PG departments, it still maintains all the accession registers and other records of all the books centrally. The library has been fully automated with soul software 2.0. All the issues and receipts of books take place through this software. With a view to coping with the growing demand for more access to international libraries and journals from students and faculties, the central library established its E. Library in the year 2017. The library has INFLIBNET membership and all the faculty members have been supplied with its user name and password for individual browsing. Presently, Shri A. S.
